According to his cousin, Super Parka, La Parka lost his trademark suit
to Antonio Pena of AAA. It looks as if he wants to stay "Parka" in
Mexico, he may have to go to AAA.

Pena sued him for trademark infringement-claiming AAA owned the name and
the image.

Probably. The court judgment in Mexico may not be recognized in the US.

There is no association betweem AAA and WWF.
Parka has an exclusive contract with WCW.
It's doubtful if Pena can follow him all over Mexico barring him from
working for other promoters.

Several things. First, the gimmick and the name *can* be trademarked. So whether
he's able to use the gimmick in WCW or not depends on whether the whole mess
was trademarked worldwide or only in Mexico. Second, the WWF and AAA do NOT
have a talent-trading agreement. McMahon severed it long ago because Antonio Pen~a
was unable or unwilling to provide the people Vince wanted *when* Vince wanted
them. The company is currently negotiating with EMLL (through Victor Quinones,
the WWF's man in charge of international affairs) to make a talent-trading deal.
